Job Description	We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to join our team and drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on data-driven strategies to maximize ROI across various marketing channels.
Key Skills	Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as PPC, social media, email, and display advertising. Analyze campaign performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to enhance user engagement and drive conversions. Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand goals. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Desired Candidate Profile	Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency. Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC platforms; familiar with Google Analytics and other tracking tools. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
